 How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current delivery time is 1-2 business days warehouse processing time to ship + 5-7 business days transit time after shipped. However, in some cases, such as COVID-19, carriers experience capacity issues and deliveries may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

What shipping carriers do you use?

DPD, Post NL, Hermes, Royal Mail, Yun Express, DHL.

Do you deliver outside UK Mainland?

We can arrange delivery to the Channel Islands, including Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey. If you have such questions, please contact our customer service prior to purchase and we will assist you.

What to do if I want to customize a product?

If our website does not have the product you need, you can contact our customer service directly and tell us what you need and preferably provide samples, drawings, sizes, materials, quantities, etc.

How to know the PPI and model of aquarium filter?

If you want to know the PPI of the filter sponge or are not sure which model is suitable, you can contact our customer service to help you.

How to find the products I want to purchase?

You can search for keywords such as brand, model, size, etc. on the search bar. If you still can't find the product you want to buy, you can contact customer service by clicking on the bottom right corner and we are willing to help you.

How do I know the model number?

In general, the applicable brands and models are stated in our product descriptions. If you are not sure if our products are suitable for your machine model, you can contact us through customer service.

Do you offer expedited shipping methods?

If you have specific requirements, please contact our customer service in time and we will try to meet your needs.

I have ordered more than one item, will they be delivered together?

We can guarantee that multiple items in the same order will be delivered together, but in the case of two orders with a time difference, we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered together, although we will do our best to do so.

What happens if I cancel my order?

 If you wish to cancel your order, please email to us as soon as possible after placing your order. We aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day and sometimes goods may already have been dispatched before we have the chance to cancel it. If you receive the item, please refuse to accept it and return it to the sender. Once we receive the item, we will process a full refund.

What if my item/ package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears to be damaged, please complete the following steps:
1.Take a photo of the damage
2.Then please email us immediately at hi@honest-f.co.uk. with the photos
3.We will contact you as soon as we receive your email
4.Do not throw away the box or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be accepted by the shipping company.
